PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): Used only to determine which app is currently in the foreground on your device, in real time, so Epimel can decide whether to show the blocking screen during an active focus session. This check happens entirely on your device and is never logged, stored beyond the current moment, or transmitted.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW): Used to show the blocking screen on top of a distracting app during a focus session.
